That chapter honed her intuition, sharpened her observational skills, and taught her how trauma, fear, and safety show up in the body.
For the past 4 years, Liz has also served as a substitute teacher, working complex classroom dynamics. This role deepened her understanding of regulation, co-regulation, boundaries, and the resilience of the human spirit while giving her daily practice in meeting people exactly where they are.
Combined with over 15 years in the intuitive, spiritual, and somatic healing world, Liz’s eclectic background gives her a rare, embodied wisdom. She doesn’t just teach nervous system work — she’s lived it across careers, communities, and identities that required grounded presence, attunement, and real leadership.
Medical Intuitive

One of Liz’s greatest gifts is her ability to see the patterns most people can’t access on their own — emotional, somatic, energetic, relational, behavioral, and nervous-system driven. She recognizes the loops clients get caught in, the places their systems shut down or speed up, and the underlying wounds driving those responses.
