The Nourish Your Nervous System™ 12-week program includes six 45–60 minute private sessions held via Zoom, intentionally spaced to support nervous system pacing and integration.
Each session is uniquely personalized to your current nervous system state, so nothing is rushed, forced, or rigid, and no two sessions are ever the same.
Sessions are guided by a trauma-informed, bottom-up framework that meets your system exactly where it is, supporting regulation, capacity, and internal safety in real time.
Between sessions, clients receive gentle check-ins, along with session notes and reflections to help anchor insights, notice patterns, and support ongoing integration.
The extended 12-week container allows changes to settle in the body, not just the mind, creating sustainable nervous system safety rather than short-term relief.
All sessions are held via Zoom, allowing you to engage from a familiar, supportive environment.
Liz brings over 14 years of experience in intuitive and somatic healing practices, grounded in deep attunement, nervous system awareness, and an integrative, body-led approach.
I came into this session feeling overwhelmed, confused, and heavy with guilt. I had been pushing myself past my limits all week, performing for everyone, and judging myself for being in a situation that felt impossible to resolve.
What shifted for me was not being told what to do but being helped to feel safe enough to stop judging myself. For the first time, I could see that my body wasn’t failing me it was protecting me.
Liz helped me understand how resentment and guilt live in the body, especially in the gut and pelvis, gave me language and compassion instead of shame.
There was a moment where my whole body felt calm and tingly in a way I’d never experienced before.
